Feedback Required | LHDN Dialogue in July 2025

Dear Members,

Please note that the AAS will be having a dialogue with the LHDN on 1st July 2025.

The main issues to be discussed is on the adjudication of Development Agreement and Power of Attorney (for development purpose) on ad valorem basis.

If there are any issues/ concerns/ feedback/ opinion on the above matter, please do let us have your feedback by 26 June 2025 (by replying to this email) so as to enable us to raise the same at the dialogue. Please also furnish us any supporting document(s) or case law (if any).
