The Bar Council Industrial and Employment Law Committee is organising the Employment Law Conference 2026 on 23-24 April 2026 at M Resort Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

The Conference aims to examine key developments in Malaysian employment law and the shifts driven by generational changes in workforce; provide practical guidance on modern workplace issues such as harassment, reprimands, digital conduct, mental health and inclusivity; and equip participants with tools to address these challenges effectively. It also seeks to promote dialogue and collaboration among legal practitioners, employers, policymakers and other stakeholders; and to encourage forward-looking approaches that support fair, safe and productive work environments.
