Meeting on Proposed Amendments for Contracts Act | 4 August 2026, Kuching Sarawak

Dear Members, 

Kindly note that BHEUU has set up a working committee on proposed amendments for the Contracts Act. The working committee will be visiting Kuching, Sarawak for Sarawak's opinions, proposals and/or feedback on the Contracts Act. 

Date: 4th August 2026 (Tuesday)
Time: 8.30am - 2.00pm
Venue: Kuching, Sarawak (Location to be confirmed at a later date)

Members who are interested in attending the abovementioned meeting are required to sign up by filling up the Google Form (https://forms.gle/hqhDrKA3J3vP64sM6) latest by 30.07.2026 at 3.00pm.
